The new Itaru Oki is great - it's a duet with French bass player Benjamin Duboc. Much sparer than this, as might be expected. It's available at this site for a good price and is highly recommended - http://www.improvising-beings.com/#contact

Thanks for Shirasagi!

2015 reissue on CD in Japan only was a limited thing and is now out of print and fetching upwards of $75 - nuts - https://www.discogs.com/沖至-しらさぎ/release/7885349

I would upload it but I also would like to confer with someone - not with 'Anonymous' anymore.

Next time I see Itaru I'll tell him about this!

@Alcofribas - what?

Itaru lives in Paris and plays dates here several times a year. If you're a serious Parisian free jazz fan you've met him.

When I said "next time I see Itaru" I didn't know it would probably be next Saturday.
Just got this update in my inbox.

"les temps du corps"
10 rue de l'échiquier 75010 paris
métro strasbourg st denis

// SAMEDI 20 MAI // à 19H30 concert à 20h précise

MAKOTO SATO batterie

Think I'll go.
Don't worry Ernst, I'd be very surprised if Itaru objects to your upload.

Thanks for info, Alcofribas.
Although I know that Sensei Oki lives in Paris I haden't yet the opportunity to see/hear him live.
Greetings to Itaru Oki from a German admirer of his music.
