I bought this cd some years ago at improvised music from Japan and it is very interesting. The using of pre recorded sound is something that Masahiko Satoh used some times. He did it on the album Transformation and also on Amalgamation.
It would be interesting to make a list of others records where musicians use some pre recorded sounds, here is the beginning of the list:
-Jean Louis Mechali ciné club
--Malik Yaqub Yaqub speaks vol 1
--Fred Van Hove & Cel Overberghe Een Tweede Vogel
-Fred Van Hove & Cel Overberghe with strings
for all those records the using of pre recorded sounds is only on one or two tracks, it is not the full album who is built on this concept. Perhaps only Transformation by Masahiko Satoh Trio is totally built on the idea of conversation between musicians in real time and pre recorded sounds.
