MiKE WESTBROOK SEXTET - Montreux Jazz Festival 1968 (Remaster)


When I first heard this set posted back in 2017 by kinabalu, I think it deserves clearer sound. For some time it sits in my To do folder and now I made a kind of remastering. Hope you will enjoy it.

For those who are interested in Mike Westbrook, the british label "my only desire records" is about to publish a live version of the famous album "Citadel room 315" with John Surman and swedish musicians, it have been recorded live in Sweden in 1974, the sound is superbe and the music too
