I just had the chance to play this and wanted to thank you for this post. It is really interesting and adds another direction to his work which is somewhat different from other things I have heard from him.

Sadly last time I was aware that he was scheduled to play here he cancelled so I have not seen him play live.

thanks, don't have this one, perfect listening for recovering from an unfortunate meeting between 2 of my fingers and a lawn mower blade!

Never insult your lawn mower.

i once had a similar encounter with a vent fan blade and 2 fingers. taped it all back in place and here i am typing happily with it so many years later. i believe some marco eneidi with krall was involved in the healing process. first came across beresford on a live track called "the bear" with evan parker improvising a children's story and 'conducting' han bennink. arjen gorter was the other witness. october meeting, i believe. sold me on steve's work with keys and samples! and his humor! love it!
