Thanks. Nice lineup. Bill Cole has been playing in town here once or twice a year but regrettably not when I can get there though I was quite happy to see Warren Smith here a year or two ago in a great ensemble led by Flip Barnes. Sam Rivers I never did hear in person. Amazing how much great music is so obscure.

Hi - My name is Althea. I am Bill Cole's daughter. I was really taken aback to see this post. When you say vinyl rip, are you talking about just the artwork or also the audio recording? I would love to have a digitized version of this recording. Thank you so much.

Hi Althea - yes it is also an audio rip of the LP.
You can download it - go to the first comment - click on '1f' (for example). You will be redirected to the filrhoster's website. Scroll down and click on 'download'.
About 15 minutes later you should have the files on your pc.
Unpack the file. Now you have a folder with the artwork and flac-files of the LP.
You can listen to the flac-files with some player(s) you'll find easily in the web.
Or you can convert flac to wav and burn it onto a CD.
I hope this is useful for you.

Hi Althea

I hope you can download the recording - I think there are others around here of Bill playing with Jayne Cortez. He is a very fine musician.

hello Nick and thank you for another great share. I didnt download it at first because there was already a folder in my pc called 'Bill Cole - The first cycle'.
It came frome pablo-clifford.blogspot, now gone, but that first cycle run short at 37 minutes and music is totally different, even if quite enjoyable; scans are the same.
Is there someone that can help solving this mystery?
