Tony Moore and Matt Lewis played on the Oxford scene at the time. Paul had played with Tony in DAM with drummer Dave Alexander and in the Paul Dunmall Qt with Alex Maguire and Steve Noble (check this site). Tony quit playing the bass and concentrated on cello.
Matt Lewis played with the Oxford group Ghosts with Pete McPhail and Pat Thomas.
