If you still have the file, a re-up would be appreciated. The very few comments for this post makes me think that many people haven't seen it.
It's not on any of my external hd's.
As for the CD....don't know at the moment where it might hide...
I have it at home, but in Spain right now so it will be a couple of weeks or so.
