Thanks for this whole Lacy series
Me again, onxidlib, in a comment a while ago you mentioned you had Bura-bura. I would love to listen to it (its quite impossible to find and purchase), could you possibly post it here on Inconstant sol? Thankd oin advance
pretty cool ,i never thought i'd here this ..thank you.. lacy's my favourite artist , period!
maybe we ought to put together a wishlist , theres so much early stuff thats out of print!.. i can post flacs of threads, Catch, points, and perhaps a few more .. i posted some years ago, some in flac i think , others in MP3... not sure which ones you grabbed.
.... and many more thanks from me too, for sharing more unavailable Lacy. Sotise, please post Catch if you have it, I've seen a lot of Lacy stuff posted but not that. I had the vinyl (long ago.) scruffy Horo pressing as usual, but would love to have it again.
@ Sotise - I 've never heard Catch or Points. Also a lossless version of The Wire would be great.
I believe you will make the right decisions, eehh!
@ Trane - Bura-Bura - soon!
Thank you onxidlib, I'd never even heard of this one.
thanks! I never knew this existed.

Thank you, Ernst!
Ernst,
Thanks for the re-up of this album. For some reason I only had an mp3 version on the hard drive.
Gave me a nudge to revisit this album.
A beautiful recording from start to finish.
This version of Clichés rivals the monstrous 1982 version by Lacy's septet with George Lewis. Different feel, but both stellar in their own ways.
Avenel's kalimba mixed with Togashi's percussion.....and Lacy just soars through it. Simply stunning.
This brightened an already beautiful Thursday morning.
