What a coincidence, I got that CD not long ago from a friendly mailorder in Southern Germany, together with other items from Kip and AufRuhr. There are quite many small German labels which issued high quality music from the fringe, like Dossier/Ear-Rational/Atonal/Konnex, Open Minds/Sounds Aspects, ITM/WestWind, 99...

I had some doubts given the strange instrumentation
Lucky, I'v heard of the labels you mention, Konnex and Sound aspects are the more familiar. and yes, that fringe is my place, but not only.
At the moment I'm after granit and rau, from Austria (mainly for RAU, Wide Fields and Three Motion, but always ready to open my ears.
Their albums looks very difficult to find, so if somebody can share is very welcome

Jörgensmann did a Hommage A Jimmy Giuffre, well worth lookin out for as part of a (the) German Clarinet Duo
