When Maslak is good, he really is great. Although for sure he has his fans, I think too often he's also dismissed by others as some angry Id-clown, not worthy of serious attention. This is a mistake I think.
Recently I've been reacquainting myself with his 1980 classic 'Loved By Millions' LP with John Lindberg & Sunny Murray - just a great record.
I have never heard 'Maslak One Thousand' - and am looking forward to it. Thankyou.
