Recorded up in the Alps? I didn't this one existed. I believe I've said that befote. We have posted some of these Penck releases in the past, but I've no idea whether the links are still active. In any case, thanks for adding to the roster. Of course, anything with Jeanne Lee is wortwhile exploring.
Did not realize she was gone, and almost 15 years ago and young for such good lady... oh well,.. listening to this now, nice stuff,.. Denis Charles, Penk, Wollny, Sharpe... nice!!!
I think that there is a mistake in the order titles because when listening to the track 2, you hear Jeanne Lee clearly singing "don't freeze yourself to death etc." So I think that the track titled "sorry brother" is in fact "don't freeze yourself to death..." and so the track titled "don't freeze yourself to death..." is "Sorry brother" Jeanne Lee and Dennis Charles are great in this recording and Frank Wollny is also interesting, but as usual A.r.Penck as never been a good musician, such a good band organiser, finally a really interesting record with a strong feeling.

yes indeed, appreciated!
Wow, thanks for sharing this! Had no idea this existed. Side B begins with 'Bruckner Blvd' recorded by Lee elsewhere. Great stuff, thanks! MB
I never knew this existed. Thanks so much!
Wonderful suprise - thank you Nick!!
I love Jeanne Lee's voice and this LP was totally unknown to me. Yep.
Thanks very much Nick, a beauty!
Omigod, Jeanne Lee is my favorite vocalist, I didn't know this, and this sounds awesome. Thank you so much!
Where did this come from?! Looking forward to this one!
It's an old refrain by now, but this one is completely new to me, too. Being a Jeanne Lee obsessive, I am fairly hyperventilating. Blessed thanks!
The sax player is Clarence “C” Sharpe (1937–1990). Great!
