Somewhere it was posted that this concert occurred 1985-01-23 (presumably in comments on a prior DIME upload). I think I have this or whatever alternate was posted there.

Thank you, onxidlib, for the re-up. This appears to be recorded at the NDR Studio 10 (now Rolf Liebermann Studio) on Oberstraße in Hamburg. The announcer is Michael Naura.
