  1. This is a great performance. I have had this version a regular FM and an audience for quite a while.
    Wish there were many more from this unit.
    Highly recommended!!!!!!

    Kidd would come up to Chicago to play at Fred Anderson's Velvet Lounge jam sessions that took place after the yearly Chicago Jazz fest sets. Everybody (and I mean everybody) showed up to play at Fred's after the Fest was over each night They would play at least 3 sets a night, into the middle of the night. It was a revolving door on that little stage.
    Man, I miss Kidd and Fred.

  2. An important document because the official discography of this group has only one lp and a half. On those official records most track are edited due tot the vinyl capacity. Even if on this live the personnel is slightly different, the music has the same orientation.
