  2. The story of the reissue on cd is interesting. Gérard Terronès who was the producer of the original lp never thought to reissue it on cd due to the fact that the band was completely forgotten. But in the year 2011, Paul Van Gysegem got in touch with Gérard asking him if he could reissue the lp on cd. The reason of this request was that at this time the band was reunited for some concerts and they have no recent recordings and nothing for sale on the road. So Gérard reissued it sure that he won't sell it well. At the same time he discovered in his archives some unpublished material from a solo recording by Joachim Kühn coming from the same session as the lp that he published in the early days of his label. With the autorisation of Joachim Kühn he also issued it on cd, sure that the sales will be very good... But music is not an exact science! The sales of the solo by Kühn were totally bad but the sales of the Gysegem Sextet were finally very good.
