  5. do i really hear anders 'doing' jimmy garrison on "e.j. blues"?! ha!
    an interesting choice for the bass chair. wonderful as he is, he's no eddie gomez, when it comes to the funk department. NHOP had some comfort there. anyway, I think he tips this sequel toward a cooler, more European feeling than Our Jazz Rune I Mope.
