  2. Bozie - A tun is an old word for a cask or barrel used in the manufacture of beer and wine.

  3. Boozie: On delving further I learn that Wiki describes the Three Tuns as the UK's oldest brewery - a fact no doubt not lost on Paul Rutherford.
