  2. Thanks Serviceton for your comment - I agree with you - one of my favorite trio albums, too.

    Once I saw a concert-movie from this trio - Elvin Jones had no carpet under his drums - the floor was made of (polished?) wood.
    Each time he hit it with some power (remember it's Elvin Jones) the drums started to slip away - he had to grab it again and again and pull it back.
    All this as it were the usual way of playing drums...I was probably more distracted than Mr. Jones..
