  5. You can find some information on the history of the TTT projects on Frank Wollny's site - in German only, sorry:

This is an mp3 rip which, I believe, is taken from the Church Number Nine blog mentioned at the top of the post. It predates the post made here, so it must have come from the other blog which very much provided an inspiration for what we do here.

This is the first of six reups of TTT material, so stay tuned!

  8. Hi Pierre,
Nice to see some TTT on here. I have been playing trumpet with TTT for the past 10 years.
Frank Wollny is still quite active, and recording all the gigs. We played last week in southern Germany. Amazing history with this group.
There are some good dates with Manfred Schoof, Gerd Dudek, Markus Lüpertz, that haven’t been released, as well as two Lps. From live sessions, and some studio sessions with Gerd (we miss him dearly) and Markus and Wolfgang Lackerschmid.
Frankie also has a bunch of LP‘s that are not on the blog. Some great sessions with Jean Lee and Butch Morris , Billy Bang, Kid Jordan, Frank Wright, C Sharpe.
IF you are interested, get in touch. I think it would be good to get some of these recordings to peoples ears. (Ryancarniaux@hotmail.com)
    Peace,
    Ryan
