Thank-you very much
ReplyDeleteI really like this; pre 'tango' and with a great straight ahead rhythm section. He had real jazz sensibilities. Apparently the very rare 'test pressing' LP sells for over £1000. Often rare albums don't really live up to the hype, but this one does (even though maybe there isn't any hype). Recommended. Thanks again Nick.
ReplyDeleteThank you Nick!!!
ReplyDeleteBIG THX!...
ReplyDeleteThank you! This is a great concert. The sound is excellent and the band great, too. What a pleasure to hear Gato playing Round midnight and Anthropology but there are no weak tracks here. Some of the best Gato ever recorded, IMHO.
ReplyDeleteThank you
