Laura Sanson is organizing this fundraiser:
"Our good friend and collaborator Tristan Honsinger has been a huge source of inspiration for so many over the years. Tristan has always dedicated himself fully to his work, often living from gig to gig and project to project. He has never used the internet, or approached his artistic life as an entrepreneur.
But no matter how big the child at heart, age does it´s best to catch up sooner or later. Now Tristan is broke, without a place to live and has health issues that require expensive medicines. Tristan deeply wants to spend his time performing, writing and working, but it´s impossible without the steady framework of a decent place to live, or money to pay for essential medicines and treatments.
We know that Tristan´s contributions to the international creative environment over the last 50 years has had an impact; not just artistically, but also on a human level. The world is full of people who love Tristan; either as friends, collaborators, fans (or all of them, as in our case). We want to help to facilitate for Tristan´s continued well-being, by reaching out to the global community.
The money will be used to get Tristan health insurance and a place to live."
