Yesterday almost at the same time I wrote that I didn't really like TTT, can I change my opinion for this one? Thank you Nick because this one is really amazing. Even A R Penck's playing is interesting. On the first side he doesn't play piano but a sort of harmonic flute. Frank Wollny is very versatile, never really jazz but always interesting, particularly in his rockish moments when he is jamming with Moholo. Interesting also to hear Mr Flag playing trombone, never heard him playing this instrument before but perhaps we have to understand that Mr Tchicai is playing alto sax and Mr Flag plays trombone?
Nope, not Tchicai -- there really is a saxophonist named Bob Flag. He was involved with psychedelic and UK art rock from the 60s through the 80s. He's also an actor.
