Hi Jay. To be honest, I thought the well WAS dry, but I realised I hadn't posted this already. I'm listening to it again now with the volume turned up a bit more than usual and it sounds great! The trusty old cassette recording holds out remarkably well, with a nice dynamic. One of the greatest groups of all time without a doubt. I hope you enjoy it. (Another one coming soon)
@ Andy, indeed, this might be the first jazz(ish) gig I went to with my (now) wife; and the first time I saw Paul Rogers (instead of Chris Bolton). May I ask, were you living in Birmingham? I don't suppose you recorded the wonderful Andy Hamilton MBE / David Murray Big Band gig?
