ReplyDeletevery nice one... miss that one! so thanks!
ReplyDeleteSplendid seeing this one here. I have it on lp, but this cd version sounds much better. And it even adds a track, no.5 on the cd. Inappropriate label? I wouldn't say that, though it's true that Editions EG is not primarily a jazz label. But lots of good stuff released there over the years.
ReplyDeleteBig THX !.....
ReplyDeleteThis one passed me by, so very happy to be introduced to it now.
ReplyDeleteThanks very much for the CD issue.
ReplyDeletemuch enjoyed, and I didnt know this group, thank you
ReplyDeleteVery nice, thanks Milos. I know Wokingham, worked there for a while, and the idea of this being recorded there is about as weird as Captain Beefheart playing in Kidderminster, but they both happened, truth is indeed stranger than fiction.
ReplyDeleteTruth is sometimes crazy, bventure. And thanks all for feedback. Kinabalu, I agree about EG Records, but maybe people who bought it were expecting something else, thus many are still selling it. My copy cost about 3 pounds I think.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gem ! I'm very grateful to you ! Cheers !
ReplyDeleteMilos - I'm eternally grateful to you. I saw District Six play in support of this album in the 80s - what a night! Thanks again - Jeff
