Great change-of-pace! Does anyone out there in lala land have knowledge of her career or background? Seemingly hard to come up with much info on her- but I think I have her on a couple of other things from around then, one,if not mistaken, with the tasty sax player Chris Greene; another undeservedly obscure figure. Someone enlighten us, please! Thank you!
Unknown to me, too! But Mattos/Prevost is as strong a recommendation as any! Other than playing with musicians in the Prevost circle, the only information I could track down on Ms. Kuniyoshi: she was married to the renowned political cartoonist Leon Kuhn (The Morning Star, The New Statesman) until just just a few years back before he took his own life. His brother's public notice mentioned she had been diagnosed with schizophrenia. But that didn't stop her from contributing the musical score to a documentary called "Not In Our Name," produced in 2009, featuring Leon.

She also released a solo album on Leo Records entitled 'Motion-E-Motion' in 1988(?) To my knowledge, neither of her albums has ever been issued on CD.
