    A Happy New Year to all members here at Inconstant Sol - which was "my" first blog.
    Especially to sotise, kinabalu and Riccardo who invited me to this place in summer 2010.

    Thank for the re-post Nick. An interesting addition to the discography of "Frippe", it is to my knowledge the only recording of this band, the difference cd and downloads of Ayler records haven't got exactly the same line up.

    After a careful listen I can say that this recording is more varied than the live on Ayler Records, the influences are more diverses, a fantastic recording in my opinion. Sometimes "Eastern man Alone " by Charles Tyler comes to mind, not only because of several bassists but also because Frippe's playing is sometimes close to Tyler's one.
