WATERLAND ENSEMBLE "DOMESTICATED DOOMSDAY" (WATERLAND, 1977)
The title of this LP sounds to me like a prediction to our present world-wide situation - alas 'domesticated' isn't quite the right word for those "interesting" times we are experiencing.
Yet this is not the whole situation - otherwise there would be no music like the Waterland Ensemble has offered - lucky we are that Nick has ripped and sent it to us:
WATERLAND ENSEMBLE "DOMESTICATED DOOMSDAY"
Leo van Oostrom, alto & soprano saxophone
Loek Dikker, piano
Pierre Courbois, percussion
A1. The Enigma Of The Domesticated Doomsday Machine 07:05
A2. Ausländische Eindrücke 15:10
B1. The Sound Of Ar 06:20
B2. Buffalo Bill's Secret Fantasy 08:23
(To Be An Indian - And To Rescue And Seduce Calamity Jane Who Is Disguised As Little Red Riding Hood)
B3. Müde Etüde 07:35
Recorded by the VARA Radio Hilversum, April 28th, 1977.
