I'm going to post this over at www.vibesworkshop.com. there were some posts recently about khan.I'm a philly vibe player and khan is from philly as well as bill lewis as you guys know from the cd.
Thank you!
I saw an ad for this that came with Sun Ra's Lanquidity album. I've never heard it and really appreciater the chance to listen now. Sure to be a treat. thx!
Thanks for this and the other Khan Jamal! Nice stuff. His sound sure fills the room.
thank you!
Cielos! Esto es el paraiso con los de Jamal en FLAC! Gracias Nick
2 reasons this is special to me:- this is my favorite album to listen to when its snowing.- This was recoded 11 blocks from my present address on my first birthday.
One of the most haunting and insinuating pieces I've ever heard. I particularly like the sotto voce accompaniment, reminds me of early Keith Jarrett.
A re-up would be great. Khan Jamal is not so active those last years so listening to his great music should be nice.
A re-up would be greatest...
Re-up would be much appreciated. Thanks for all the posts.
